Well worth the cost
Austin and Zach from S & B Plumbing came by my home today and did some work in our guest bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about their work ethic, professionalism, and pleasant attitude. They let me watch what they were doing and did a nice job of explaining things to me each step of the way. I realize that I probably did not speed up the process but greatly appreciated that I could understand what was happening and why. Fair Price for Work Done Right
I always use S&B Plumbing. They charge a fair price for work that is done right. In this case, I closed on a house and discovered a leaky water heater. S&B had a technician on site the next day who provided a fair replacement quote. The work was done on the scheduled date in a couple of hours. A shout out to Dalton!

Stephen did a great job explaining his scope of work, and where the likely problems were before excavation. He transparently advised me where he had nicked a 12-volt electrical wire during his excavation work. He noted the sequence of repair on the meter riser and where the recent downstream generator plumbing was also likely flawed. He is working with us to get the generator plumbing rectified by the generator contractor before he calls out the city inspector on his meter riser scope of work. He is very competent and openly communicated with us.
